For "medical masks", they can be generally divided into "surgical masks" and "nursing masks". From the point of view of protection effect and hygiene, it is recommended that people buy medical surgical masks in independent packaging (such masks have been sterilized), which can be used by ordinary people.

For the healthy ordinary people, although there is no special requirement on the resistance of blood or infectious body fluids, medical nursing masks can still meet our requirements and can also be used.

Medical protective masks (KN95 masks) :

KN95 masks can isolate very small particles in daily life. In addition, they have a very tight fit with the face and are not easy to leak. Therefore, it is more reasonable to use them (the price is higher and the air is suffocated obviously).

Wearing masks should be safe + scientific. Wash your hands before wearing a mask and check the integrity of the mask. After separating the top and bottom of the mask, wear the mask completely and adjust the tightness of the band and the shape of the nose clip. The "nose clip" buckle is very important. We should press the metal plate on both sides of the bridge of the nose with both hands to make the mask fit the shape of the face more closely. Please be clear that the higher the "leakage rate" of the mask (the more air leaks), the less effective it will be.

After wearing the mask, do not touch your mouth and nose with contaminated hands or your eyes.
