What is a healthy lifestyle? We can pay attention to five aspects: exercise, diet, mood and sleep, tobacco and alcohol, and weight.
1. Exercise is an important way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you want to stay in a good physical shape, it is recommended to do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every week. If you already have a disease, are at high risk of having some diseases, or want to prevent some diseases, you need to do 225 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every week.
2. As for diet, pay attention to the balance of the diet, eat more vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains and healthy oils and fats, such as nuts and deep-sea fish. At the same time, you should eat less red meat, such as beef, mutton, and pork, as well as processed meat such as, sausages and bacon. You should also pay attention to avoiding sugary drinks as much as possible, and control your intake limit of trans fatty acids and salts.
3. As for emotions, we should maintain a relaxed and positive attitude to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. In daily life, we should also maintain good sleep, ensure adequate sleep time, high-quality sleep cycles, sleep regularly, and it is best to sleep without relying on drugs.
4. As for tobacco and alcohol, we must do absolutely non-smoking, not only first-hand smoke, but also to avoid the harm of second-hand smoke and third-hand smoke. Stay away from smokers, and it's best to change your clothes in time after coming into contact with people who smoke. At the same time, it is necessary to control alcohol intake limit every day.
5. In the long-term life, we should also maintain a healthy weight . Too weigh or too thin both will damage our health .
At current epidemic environment , it is particularly important to have a healthy body. Except the above lifestyles ,usually we must wear a mask well when we go out, wash our hands and disinfect frequently. A good body will have a good life!
