Medical surgical masks

Medical surgical masks are medical masks commonly used in operating rooms and other environments with the risk of body fluids and blood splashes, which can block blood and body fluids from contaminating the wearer through the mask, while the filtration efficiency of bacteria should be not less than 95%, but the filtration efficiency of particles is limited, and the fit with the face is not as tight as that of medical protective masks. When buying, pay attention to identify masks with the words "medical surgical mask" or marked with the implementation standard.

Single-use medical masks

 General grade medical masks. It has many names, and medical masks without the words "protection" and "surgical" on the name are all ordinary level medical masks. This level of mask is generally not required to have a barrier effect on blood, so it is only used for general medical environment.

Ordinary masks

Ordinary masks may be made of cotton, gauze, sponge, canvas and velvet, etc., which are not dense enough to prevent infection.
